awesome August 27, 2010 Angel very satisfied with the drill i ordered everything showed up as promised and on time.
Not entirely what I expected August 20, 2010 Chris Korody (Playa Del Rey, CA USA) I bought this drill kit on Amazon because it was less then replacing the battery on my old 14v Milwaukee. (There is something seriously wrong with that picture.)
I saw 19.2 volts and assumed it was a powerful drill at a great price. Like a Ryobi
Well it may be 19.2v but it is certainly not powerful. It only takes 3/8" bits... and the LED on the charger never shuts off. Ever. Leading me to return the first one, which Amazon promptly and gracefully replaced.
There is some good news. Its compact, and easy to handle. Fit and finish is "you get what you pay for", but it is certainly not worst in class.
The case is compact and well designed. The little light is nice, and it has other features that you used to only get on substantially more expensive contractor grade gear.
Just not sure how long it will last. But for less then a battery, maybe I don't really care.
Fine for a home owner - if you are going to use it for a living I would take a pass.
21.6 power switch failed too soon July 8, 2010 Raymond Micheel I used this drill for handyman duty. The switch failed way too soon in my opinion. Now I am stuck with a dead drill and two good batteries. Buy the good brands instead of junk like this.
Kawasake 840110 July 5, 2010 Nemo Great product, priced well below what I could find locally at Lowes or Home Depot.
Cordless Drill July 2, 2010 Terry Oldham (MADISONVILLE, KY, US) I am very pleased with this product. Most other Cordless Drills of this caliber run well over $100. I only had to pay $50 plus shipping. The order was filled promptly and I received it in just a few days. I have been very pleased with all of my purchases at Amazon.com. Quality products at reasonable prices!
